Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Store Sales Manager at KAYMANTA | Luxury Rug Makers in Madrid. As a Store Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including overseeing sales, maintaining inventory levels, training and supervising staff, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends
- Knowledge of the luxury goods industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Experience with inventory management systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Interior Design, or related field is preferred
